International Graduates honored at a commencement ceremony in University of Birjand.
This graduation event is held each year to celebrate the countless achievements of our international students and their accomplishments in reaching graduation. During the graduation, graduates with awards dedicated for international students are recognized and honored.
This year, commencement ceremony was held with the presence of the university officials. The officials gave speech and talked about the importance of hard work on the way of success for all students, specially for international students. Dr. Hossein Farzaneh Pour, the Director of Cultural and Social Affairs of the University of Birjand, expressed that International students enrich the diversity of the university. He added that they enrich the experience of other students on the campus and promote cultural awareness at the university.
Dr. Seyed Morteza Mousavi, Director of Student Affairs at University of Birjand, expressed hope that international students offer an opportunity to promote the university and country abroad. Satisfied international students generate word of mouth promotion to other interested applicants.
Dr. Hossein Navidinia, Director of International Scientific Collaboration Office of the University of Birjand gave a speech next and expressed gratitude for colleagues and officials of Cultural and Social Affairs of the University of Birjand because of their collaboration on the way of holding this ceremony.
The delegations of the international students also gave speech at the end of the commencement and finally 17 first class honor and socially/culturally active international students were honored and appreciated for their hard work and achievements.
